Mission Statement
We are advocates for disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals and families. LWFA provides educational and skills training services to develop self-esteem and self-empowerment using an innovative, passionate, and holistic approach.
Our Vision
To build hope and a scalable coaching model that will diminish client barriers, through positive and measurable change.
We believe that everything is possible with love, compassion, and respect. There are solutions for all situations when you initiate a transformation with faith, a positive attitude, and hard work. Our team members are our greatest assets who treat people with appreciation, compassion, kindness, integrity, and respect because they understand that a positive attitude is everything. Change happens with education and continuous professional improvement. We will do everything possible to serve clients at the highest level possible, regardless of their circumstances.
At Love Works For All, we provide educational and skills training services to develop self-esteem and self-empowerment using an innovative, passionate, holistic approach.
All LWFA training classes are approved by the New Jersey Department of Labor and the New Jersey Department of Education. Some classes offer industry-recognized certifications. Also, we provide curriculum development/design services.
Founder Hector Smith Jr. works with the affiliate services team at Love Works For All, serving as the CEO. His work includes monitoring organizational finances, developing funding streams, and building professional community linkages while providing guidance, resources, and technical support to all areas of the organization. Educational Details
Hector graduated from Nyack College NY-Pastoral Counseling (BS) and Seton Hall University NJ-Psychological Education (MA/Ed.). At Liberty University, Hector is a Doctorate Candidate in Educational Leadership.
We are ready to introduce the following services to the workforce:
Vocational and employment services provide individualized coordination of counseling, career planning, training for skills, job screening support, and appropriate job placement to help people achieve their life goals within the community. All program descriptions are listed as follows:
Vocational Evaluations
The Love Work for All (LWFA) programs refer individuals for vocational evaluations after the diagnostic tests. They observe skills training and production services and then work with staff and their referring counselor to determine the program that best meets their needs. If found eligible, individuals can receive the services offered through the program, including low literacy/ABE/GED preparation, skill training, and job coaching.
Work Adjustment Training
The Work Adjustment Training program enables participants to receive up to 30 evaluation periods of services from LWFA. Participants work with additional supervision and support for consumers with developmental disabilities (45 days). Extended employment assists disabled individuals in acquiring job skills in a supervised environment.
Referral Services
At LWFA, our live chat staff will provide you with the community referral resource information you need. A trained community resource consultant will talk, listen, and provide guidance and assistance.
Educational and Skills Training Services
LWFA offers training courses in leadership, conflict resolution in the workplace, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), customer service and hospitality, low-literacy, life skills and critical thinking. In addition, we provide training and referrals to various employment industry programs.
Love Works For All was formed as a non-profit corporation under New Jersey state laws.

With a dedicated team at Love Works For All, The team elevates the brand, engages stakeholders through powerful storytelling, and delivers long-lasting social change through meaningful philanthropy.
