LWFA's primary target markets are as follows:
Objectives
At LWFA, our programs will provide educational, vocational, and employment services to students, disabled adults, individuals dependent on welfare, unemployed adults, and homeless adults through various programs and services.
Our services are incredibly successful for individuals who face multiple barriers to employment, including:
- Lower Reading Levels
- Educational Barriers (No High School Diploma or Ged)
- Homelessness
- Disabilities
- Criminal Histories
- Substance Abuse History
- Behavioral Issues
This proposed programming would be appropriate for the population identified in this funding opportunity: vocational training for WIOA Adult and Dislocated Workers and WFNJ TANF/GA, Ex-Offenders, Homeless Persons, Veterans, etc.
LWFA Transparent Marketing Objectives
Internally
- Align LWFA business consulting marketing activities with business plan priorities and strategic objectives
- Build networks to execute LWFA business consulting marketing activities globally, incorporating best practices
- Integrate or leverage marketing activities for a higher return on investment
- Increase internal understanding and support of LWFA's business consulting capabilities
Externally
- Increase marketplace awareness of LWFA's business consulting capabilities
- Champion the customer's "voice." (e.g., use customer-friendly language, issues, etc.)
- Benefit from objective marketing and thought reporting analysis of our business consulting practices
- Generate integrated marketing/thought leadership programs to educate/inform external audiences
