At Love Works For All, we arrange various programs to help low-income people achieve their life goals within the community. Community Employment & Transition Services For Adults
Community and transitional employment services help people earn wages while learning skills that lead to self-sufficiency and success in the workforce. Transitional jobs prepare individuals for permanent employment and career opportunities through time-limited wage-paid work experience, job skills training, and supportive services. The transitional job can be subsidized or non-subsidized.
Adult/Youth Employment Pathways
The program coordinates a high-quality out-of-school youth employment and training program that provides the following:

Work First New Jersey
Vocational training for individuals provides social service benefits, including computer technology and customer service/hospitality. At LWFA, we accommodate the benchmarks associated with educational components and what is allowed in each employment activity (ex., CWEP+ is a three-month benchmark at 12 weeks, while the instructional weeks in the proposal are 16 weeks).
Career Development Services/Educational Courses/Skills Training
All our training, social service, education, and employment programs end with job search assistance. Participants prepare resumes and learn computer literacy to get or retain jobs. Our staff provides support on an individual basis; for example, some participants from the rehabilitation programs are now independent and need no assistance; others need career counselors' help for job applications. We provide all participants with travel training and bus route information to assist them in getting to their jobs.

Our program direction improves the quality of vocational/skills training, educational, and employment training by establishing a quality assurance system and applying new pedagogy, guaranteeing competitiveness in the labor market.
